How do I ship coins to TCNC?
We recommend shipping your material through Fedex, Fedex Ground or Canada Post with signature required. These are the safest way to transport numismatics. We will contact you the day your coins arrive.
Are my coins, tokens and banknotes insured?
Yes, from the moment your material arrive at TCNC, they are fully insured through our extensive policy with Lloyd’s of London. A copy of our insurance certificate is available by request.
What happens if my material don't sell?
Our sell-through rate is very high at TCNC. In the unlikely event your material do not sell, we will re-offer them in another auction. If they remain unsold, we will return them to you via insured mail at our cost.
Does TCNC charge listing fees?

When can I expect payment?
